Our History:
In October 2003, in the midst of a mighty move of God, during the evening service at Joy Conference 2003; I heard the voice of God say this was the time to begin the ministry He called me to. Like every believer I am purposed to impact souls for Him. Nothing special, just use what He has given me; be a good steward over my talents and skills.
I was afraid, but like Jehoshaphat, I turned to seek the Lord. God confirmed again for me the call at the 2004 Gospel Heritage Foundation, Praise and Worship Conference, as I stole away to hear Him. He spoke clearly. And during a time of seeking and prayer, Quickened was birthed. God has sent me mid-wives and laborers who have faithfully assisted, some for a time and some are still burping the babies Quickened gives life to. This ministry was bigger than I could deliver by myself. I praise God for those He sent and how he uses them. It's taking a village to raise this ministry up. God has sent me mid-wives and laborers who still helping me with the after birth. This baby was bigger than I could deliver by myself. And she is more than a hand-full now! It's taking a village to raise her up.

Minister Hope Golden:
Minister Hope is the President of Quickened Ministries since 2004. Quickened Ministries is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that presents the Word through artistic forms of worship; dance, drama and the poetic spoken word.
Quickened exists to esteem Christ as Lord and raise the banner of His honor higher through dramatic presentations and instruction. Hope is a wife, mother and grandmother, a licenced and ordained minister, worship instructor and regular conference speaker in both secular and Christian forums.
Minister Hope was born and raised by her parents in Little Rock Arkansas. As an adult, in 1979 Minister Hope moved to Memphis, Tennessee where she began to experience the freedom that worship brings. Reconciled to Christ and full of the Spirit, she and her family moved to Boulder, Colorado in 1990 where God continues the process of sanctification.
Hope's Ministry Bio:
Answering her call to the ministry in 2003, she was confirmed and licensed as a minister of the Gospel in June 2004. The servant-leader of Quickened Ministries, Minister Hope is spiritually covered by her home priest and husband, Keith; her ministry teacher, friend and coach is Pastor John Moreland, of her home church, Lowry Community Christian Church, Denver. Pastor Stephen Christian, Bountiful Blessings World Fellowship (L.R., Ark) serves as her ministry mentor.
Minister Hope continues her studies of the bible at Lowry. In June 2006 she graduated as an ordained Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Hope mentors many worshippers across the nation; she is a local and national conference and workshop speaker.
