Our History

In October 2003, in the midst of a mighty move of God in an evening service at Joy Conference 2003, I heard the voice of God say this was my time and my turn to begin the ministry He called me to. I am purposed to impact souls for Him in a special way.

I was afraid, but like Jehosophat, I turned to seek the Lord. God confirmed again for me the call at the 2004 Gospel Heritage Foundation, Praise and Worship Conference, as I stole away to hear Him. He spoke clearly. During this seeking and prayer time, Quickened was birthed.

God has sent me mid-wives and laborers who still today are helping me with the after birth. This baby was bigger than I could deliver by myself.  And she is more than a hand-full now!  It's taking a village to raise her up.

Minister Hope Golden's Bio

Hope is the President of Quickened Ministries a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that presents the Word through traditional   and non-traditional forms of worship. QM was established in 2004.


The Lord has anointed Hope to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the meek, the poor, and afflicted. God has sent her to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom and liberty to the physical and spiritual captives and declare the opening of hearts to those who are bound. In whatever form of delivery, Minister Hope proclaims the year of God’s favor, and declares the day as a day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who have mourned, struggled and have not fainted.


Hope was born and raised by her parents in Little Rock Arkansas. As an adult, in 1979 Hope moved to Memphis, Tennessee where she began to experience the freedom that worship brings. Reconciled to Christ and full of the Spirit, she and her family moved to Boulder, Colorado in 1990 where God continued the process of redemption.


Answering her call to the ministry in 2003, she was confirmed and licensed as a minister of the Gospel in June 2004. The servant-leader of Quickened Ministries, Hope is spiritually covered by her husband, Keith; her church Family - Pastor John Moreland, Lowry Community Christian Church, Denver and Personal Coach Pastor Stephen Christian, Bountiful Blessings World Fellowship (L.R., Ark) and mentors in the Gospel.


Hope continued her studies of the bible at a local  College of Ministry.   In June 2006 she graduated as an ordained Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Hope guides/advises numerous worshippers across the nation; she is a local and national conference and workshop speaker; a frequent Joy Conference lecturer / instructor (www.joyconference.com) Worship Dance Coordinator for Denver’s Six Flags Gospel-fest;
