“Selah Me” will provide practical instruction to help women learn ways to relax in place. Simple remedies can usher in immediate restoration. Many women’s tiredness turns into other physical and mental woes. “Selah Me” gives immediate no-to-low-cost solutions. Participants will receive instructions on self-soothing techniques including affirmation recitals, positive meditation, basic stretching, breathing techniques, movement, progressive relaxation, coloring, homemade salt scrubs, journaling, planting, and painting that require little time. “Selah Me”
